The capital of the nation is preparing for a great presence of security before the parade of the 250th anniversary of the army.
Thousands of agents of the law throughout the country will arrive in Washington to help security, and land, air and water assets are deployed in an effort to ensure the event, which coincides with President Donald Trump’s 79th birthday.
“Since April 23, we have been working diligently, throughout the day, to prepare this plan,” said Matt McCool, the special agent in charge of the Washington Field Office of the Secret Service, ABC News, noting that officials generally have six months to a year to prepare for large -scale special security events.
“This is a comprehensive plan,” he said.

The Secret Service has had five national special security events, or NSSES, in the last six months.
“All threats are mitigated,” he said. “There will be no line of vision problems when it comes to the president. Once it reaches the perimeter of the secret service, it will be the safest place on the planet.”
The United States Coast Guard, which is driving the river routes, told ABC News that it supports throughout the day safely.
“We do these events as part of our mission set. We associate with many agencies anywhere where there is a security or security function,” CMDR of the Coast Guard. Ryan Gómez said.
The secret service and local officials have said that some nine small protests in Washington expect, although protests of “no Kings Day” will be produced throughout the country, and the largest is expected to be in Philadelphia.
Even so, McCool said “everything has been mitigated” when preparing for the event.
“If you try to enter an area where you should not be or try to commit violence, you will go to jail and be processed,” he said when asked if he had a message for those who wish to interrupt the event.

He said that, as a matter of policy, officials cannot discuss the costs of ensuring an event like this, although he pointed out that doing it “is not cheap.”
Both the McCool Police Chief and the United States Park, Jessica Taylor, told ABC News promoted the associations around the Washington Metropolitan Area that will help ensure the parade and the festival in the National Mall.
“Something that I say is often, in Washington, DC, nothing is done without association,” Taylor said. “In DC specifically, with the application of the law, we greatly trust each other. Nothing is done without associations.”
